feat: 更新接口至最新 OpenAPI 规范 (localhost:8088)

新增接口：
- get_overdue_shipping: 查询超时未确认装卸货
- query_orders: 订单数据分页查询

移除接口（API 已不再提供）：
- get_vehicle_detail: 车辆详情
- get_sdk_order_list: SDK订单列表
- get_sdk_order_detail: SDK订单详情
